4. Orders & Payment

  • Payment must be made in full before access to the course or class is granted.

5. Access to Digital Content

  • Once payment is confirmed, you will receive instructions on how to access your course or class.
     

  • Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login details is strictly prohibited.
     

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or unauthorized sharing is detected.
     

 

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

  • Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
     

  • However, the right of withdrawal does not apply once:
     

    1. You have been granted full access to the course materials, and
       

    2. You have explicitly consented to the withdrawal right being waived at checkout.
       

  • For live classes, cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled start.

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the website and courses only for lawful purposes.
     

  • Not reproduce, share, or distribute course materials without prior written consent.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Murcia, Spain.
