This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all online courses, classes, and digital products offered on https://www.projectpermacultura.com/ by ProjectPermacultura. It is designed to comply with applicable EU consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

 

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

• If you purchase an online course or class, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of completing the transaction, without giving any reason.
   

• To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at projectpermacultura@gmail.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
   

 

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• If you have immediate access to the full course content and you consented to the withdrawal right being waived when purchasing.
   

• If the course or class has already been fully delivered (e.g., a live class that has taken place).
   

When you purchase a digital course from us, you will be asked to confirm your agreement that:

1. You want immediate access to the course materials, and
    

2. You understand that by accessing the course, you lose your right of withdrawal.
    

 

3. Refund Eligibility

• If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not yet accessed the course materials, you are entitled to a full refund.
   

• If you purchased a live class that has not yet taken place, you may cancel and request a refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
   

• No refunds will be issued for:
   

  • Courses already accessed in whole or in part, if you waived the right of withdrawal.
     

  • Live classes missed by the participant.
